Default Mirror housing

Could someone please tell me how to fix a loose driver side mirror housing, it wobbles when I drive on the highway to the point where it can be irritating sometimes, the passenger side doesn't do this. It is the whole piece itself not the mirror. I tried those 3 bolts that are inside, it didn't do much.

If you take out the three mounting nuts and pull the mirror off the door,There are two philips screws on the bottom of the housing and one screw inside on the mount.Try to tighten them and see if that fixes it. My mounting bracket inside the housing broke and that was the problem for me. Hope that helps.
