Default car over heating

hey everyone, so my car started over heating about 2 months ago. the water pump was leaking like crazy. so i replaced that and the T-Stat. all was well until yesterday, yesterday out of no where it started over heating. like i could barely make it down the road w/ out the needle getting pegged. I'm gunna change the the hoses see if that helps. there was fluid in both the radiator. so im assuming it could be a collapsed hose. any other suggestions. it worked flawlessly for 2 months after the new pump and stat so kinda has me confused.
