Need help with a part #

This is for a 2002 Camaro, the one that came with the car I just bought was so corroded it just fell apart. It is only sold as a kit and I just need everything in pic.

It's part of the pcv, just need what's in picture, but maybe it's only sold as a whole piece?

Correct gm only services it as a whole tube assembly
