Being as it started getting nicer out and virtually all the snow is gone, went over to storage 2 days ago, got in the car, started right up, let it run for a few minutes before I shut it off, did notice however none of my gauges worked. After I shut it off came back a bit later, was going to start it to see if the gauges would work again but when I cranked it over, dead silence, no clicking, no nothing. Interior lights work, headlights go up and down, everything works except car will not even crank. Anything I can try to solve this? Really would like to get my baby out of storage. Thanks for any help you can offer.

First place to start would be to check fuse to the starter, fuel pump, gauge cluster, etc. If all fuses are good, check to see if rats have chewed through any wires. If those all check out we can go from there.

thank you, will check/replace the fuses, also might add there are NO dash lights at all when turning the key, no security light, no warning lights, and radio display is lit, however when I turn the key, display goes dark until I release the key. I will also look at the wiring, don't know about critters though, my car was/is in a covered, enclosed storage unit but I will check them regardless.

Maybe take the battery up to auto zone or similar place and have they load test the battery as well while your trying simple things to throw that possibility out of the equation.

FIXED!!! Simple fix but I like and prefer simple. I took the fuse out for the instrument cluster, looked at it closely, and sure enough fuse was shot. Installed new fuse, baby fired right up.
