ASR and ABS lights, and a small belt squeak
So i dropped my engine and tranny a few weeks back to find an oil leak, also did my valve cover gaskets and my spark plugs while i was there because why not hit the hard spots while they were easy? Anyways, abs and asr lights are still on. but dont know how to get rid of them. dont mind them just would like my dash to stop looking like a christmas tree. what code readers or programs can get rid of them? preferably something that can delete codes as well such as egr and air pump? something i can buy to do it myself?
also have had a small belt squeak ive had for a few months. its on the main drive. i know its something with the belt because i have all new pulleys all the way around and if i change the belt or i spray the belt it goes away for a minute or two then comes back?? any ideas? ive replaced the belt multiple times and have a gates micro v on it at the moment. pulley out of place possibly? how to check?
thanks if anyone can help greatly appreciated
oh and its a 2000 z28 m6 164k. no mods just slp lid, and egr/air pump delete
