2001 V6 3.8ltr Firebird

Is it normal to have it run a little rough after cleaning the engine?

I covered all the electrical items with plastic bags and only a light spray to rinse it off. But it ran rough for about twenty minutes.

the coil packs tend to be very sensitive to moisture, a steady enough amount of rain can cause a misfire on those guys depending on there condition. usually clears up after it dries out.
