Coolant temperature sensor Id

I have a 98 firebird I went to put a coolant temperature sensor in and the one every parts store carries for the ls1 is a 2 way female plug. The wiring on the car for the coolant sensor is a 3 way female plug.

Does anyone know the part number for the 3 way coolant sensor?

This is the correct original GM part number.

'98 uses a one year only, 3-prong sensor. Those 2-prong sensors are for '99+.
