reminds me of a story me and my buddy had. he had just got his motor built so we drove an hour to pick it up and i followed him home. we got about 20 minutes from home and his rear wheels locked up. not a bit of tranny fluid in the trans.. it was a mess lol. good luck on the swap, sounds like your about through anyway!
