Watched a ton of youtube videos and none really sound like this.
I am leaning towards a header leak but not sure.
I was told the car would need a new clutch and that is what the sound is.
Recent maintenance is new AC compressor new plugs/wires and a tune.
Under car sound
Engine bay/warm sound

I just went through a similar noise and it ended up being a header gasket leak at the head on the bottom side . I actually found it when I pulled my new spark plugs and found 2 that had a black tint on them. I thought for sure I had a lifter problem.

This is my sure-fire way to diagnose exhaust leaks easily and without burning yourself. I plugged off one pipe and pressurized the other to 15# or so. You'll find any leak quickly.

Forgot to update this
It was a prop shaft bolt that came out of one of the couplers
It was the rear coupler but the bolt rattled to the front. I guess what ever shop installed the billet couplers used the wrong locktite
