Air con & heater delete - thermo fans always on?

Air con & heater delete - thermo fans always on? I searched high and low, but couldn't find what answers I'm looking for, so here I am 
EDIT: Removing complete air con and heater system, radiator fans were constantly on and I had no idea why.
Figured it out and if anyone wants to know... One of the sensors in the air con system was the problem. Unscrewed it from the air con line, plugged it in, wrapped it in plastic to keep it clean, and zip tied it away, thermo fans operate as normal.
