Default Where to connect this line?

Hi all so i have an evap code and after some inspecting i found this hose under the driverside fender.

It is plugged in to a solenoid, i think it could be my problem, however i dont see any other nearby lines to connect the hose to.

Does anyone know where it belongs?

Looks like washer fluid hose. Turn on the washers and see if it comes out.
What's the other side of the purge valve look like?
What EVAP code did you get?

you sure that's not AIR pump stuff? it looks like someone deleted it and didn't fully remove the system. Could be wrong.

I agree, looks to be a vacuum line to the air pump.
You can remove that **** but to get rid of the ses light you will have to have it tuned out.

Well the car still has everything as far as i can tell, where would the air pump be located? all of the air tubes and egr stuff is still there. Car looks stock and untouched as far as i can tell.

Could it be that it goes back into that solenoid and it broke off?

the AIR pump sits below the fuseboxes on the drivers side.

underneath on the drivers front side underneath the fuse box area youll see small little bolts to drop a black plastic panel down, the panel is meant to fold youll see a crease in it. Drop it and look for a big *** pump with rubber lines in there. I removed mine, small weight savings and AIR is not needed, especially since it looks like your previous owner did the lazy delete. ( if its actually deleted and this didn't just break off a functioning AIR system) I bet the fuse for it is pulled which is why you don't hear it running on startup.

Hey guys i checked for the pump and it looks like it was removed, i have nothing in that area besides the solenoid in the picture with the hose hanging off.

Is it okay for me to leave it like that? or will it affect performance? Also would this trigger an engine code?

Thanks for the help so far fellas.

I believe this is remains of the system, but could be wrong. Unplug it and start er' up. If no codes set and nothing appears wrong then why keep it there.
