Then for about $40 buy a 4 fin aftermarket cooler and run the two cooler lines to it. Done.
BUT....if in fact the factory cooler did spring a leak...you will need a full flush of all PS fluid first. Perfect time to do the aftermarket cooler. You will also need to do a complete coolant system flush.....there's gonna be PS fluid in there.

The reservoir is designed to hold some pressure, approximately 7.5psi. This pressure is caused from fluid expansion when the fluid heats up. This is normal for this system, and may be misleading you to believe that it is the cause of your hose leak.
