Default New to the site looking for help

Recently picked up a 02 z28 and the rear interior was taken out. I have looked at hundreds of pics trying to find out what bolts are used to connect the rear belts to the floor and what bolt is used for the latch clicker. Two bolts have a spacer and not sure where they are used. The female latch moves freely without this spacer and doesn't seem right to me. Tried a junk yard but belts were already gone. Any help?

If I am remembering correctly when I took my bottom belt attachment off the one without the black bushing is the lower bolt which means the one with the bushing is the upper one

So the point that is to the left of right? Not the female latches on the inside?

Ok. The one bolt without the bushing on it goes to the rear seat the bottom anchor of the seatbelt. The other bolt without a bushing goes to the Anchor of the front seat belt at the bottom. The image attached is of the rear seat anchor and you can see how the bushing is underneath the Anchor Point of the seatbelt and then the bolt goes on top of that.
