Need Help getting screw OUT

I am trying to replace my Heater Hoses on my 1999 camaro and I can not get to the size 40 torque screw holding the metal bracket to the firewall

I did it with the headers out and it's REAL easy. Sucks to hear, but you might have to remove your passenger header. Pretty tight in that area otherwise...
