this valve controls pressure....PSC told me they take that nut down and back it out 1/2 turn

how much in or out controls the pump pressure

I did not mess with it

this is the nut that the high pressure line screws into....found sum leftover O ring from the high pressure line in it....check inside of yours if you change out the line

22mm is the nut size

worn out flat O ring !

to get the retaining ring off the rotor I used the small screwdriver

put the bottom plate on the shaft ...then the new rotor on top

I used assembly lube where the shaft rides on the bottom plate

to put the new retaining ring on the shaft I put the shaft in the press...press the ring down....it opens up and then use the small screwdriver to wiggle it down to the recess in the shaft

the empty housing...the shaft rides on a fluted bushing in the housing

used some assembly lube on the bushing

lining up the bottom plate ( rotor removed for clarity )

you can see how the slots in the housing and bottom plate line up with end other ( not seen so well in pics but better when you do it ) and the alignment pins keeping it all lined up

install the O ring inside the outer cover....use some vasaline on the edge of housing

using the press to compress the wave spring and insert retaining ring

ring on....using the screwdriver ...make sure its in its slot

be sure to place the open end of the retaining ring at 3 o clock or 9 o clock from the bottom....open end where the 3/32 punch goes wont get the ring off.....jus sayin
