Default cylinder heads off car, ok to power wash?

I'd like to get these heads cleaned up to sell. They are aluminum LT1 heads, completely assembled and off the car. I was thinking oven cleaner and hose down at a car wash? Will that harm the valve seals or anything?

Simple Green, brush and hot water spray should work

Blow off well with compressed air

Keep WD40 or something along those lines around because you will instantly watch everything that isn't aluminum rust in front of your eyes....
