Default AC bypass/delete

Hey everyone, i have a 1999 firebird trans am. like most fbodys my AC has a leak and almost all if not all of the freon is out. I also think the compressor is making alot of noise. Is there any harm in removing the AC belt (I have two belts serpintine and the AC belt). I don't have the money at the particar moment to buy the AC delete pulley and at some point I will likely fix the AC. Is there any harm in running the car without the AC belt? Thanks in advanced everyone.

No issue at all. Just take the belt off.

u don't need an ac delete pulley since its on its own dedicated belt. just remove everything and ur good. no parts needed. if u remove it and may add it again later, be sure to plug the 2 metal lines that go through the firewall to protect the inside of those lines
