Default AC blower gets weak?

Here's one for the AC guys. 2002 WS6.
The blower motor is fine. It's new.
The air coming out of the vent is cold.
After driving for a while (like 30-60 min), the force of the air gets weak. If I turn up the fan, you can certainly hear the motor speed up, but there is very little change in what comes out.

Here's what I do:
I put the fan on high (4), and turn the selector all the way to defog.
At about two second intervals, I turn the selector back toward AC Max, and that seems to temporarily solve. it. The air comes out like it's supposed to.
However, after about 15 minutes, the air gets weak again and I have to repeat the steps.

Is there anything I can look at out in the driveway without getting in over my head... without pulling the dash & so forth? I can't read electrical diagrams as I've seen in other searches.

Thanks for reading!

Sounds like the evaporator coil is icing up and restricting the airflow through it. Do you get a drip of water under the car when the AC is running? The drain may be blocked and trapping too much water up in there.

Should it drip?
I will have to take note of this the next time I go out. I assume that it does, as all cars do.
I will also make sure there is no water inside the car. I don't think there is.

Mine did this exact thing years ago and it was a clogged drain. Gently take a metal hanger and clear the drain. DON'T go crazy and jam the hanger in there as you might damage the coil. As soon as I popped the drain water came rushing out and I've never had the issue again.
