Low beams inop

Low beams inop I have a 2000 Camaro SS. This morning, everything worked fine. Tonight, the low beam headlights would not come on. Every other light in the car came on (except the CEL). I had to drive home with the high beams. There were a lot of unhappy motorist on the roads, to say the least.
I tried rotating the headlight **** back and forth to "override" the auto light switch. That didn't work. I was able to get the high beams to work by wiggling the blinker/wiper switch , so I'm thinking there's something going on in the steering column. I tapped and wiggled every wire/harness going to the headlights that I could. Nothing would make the low beams come on. I still only have high beams.
I didn't see any fuses for headlights anywhere. Is there anything else I can check? Has anyone had this problem before?

I got it! I took the connectors off the back side of the headlights, scraped the pins with a flat-tip screw driver, and re-connected them. Now all my lights work. Thanks for the tips!
