Radiator not circulating water
I don't know anything about that make/model car....but any car out there can blow a head gasket and then over-pressurize the coolant system....and that coolant will flow out of the radiator and into the over-flow tank first.
If the coolant is flowing into the over-flow tank right after you start it up when the engine is cold.....then thats almost certain what it is. But can't say 100% either.
Sometimes with blown head gaskets, if its a big leak, some cars, the coolant will make it to the tailpipes and you can see the coolant spitting out.
Start with the free pressure test. Don't start spending tons of money chasing the problem. If your spark plugs are easy to remove...take them out after you do the test IF you did lose pressure and even if you did see a coolant look somewhere, just to be safe if you also have a blown head gasket. Turn the engine over a few seconds with the spark plugs out...then put them back in.
