Is my PCM fried??

Is my PCM fried?? I was adding an amp to my car Keep in mind this wasnt a monsoon system. Its a 1998 z28 6mt. Long story short i wired everything up and everything worked besides one of the speakers. So i was fiddling with it while the radio was playing and next thing you know the car power went out. I turned the actual car on and the check engine light came on car was running insanely rough. The fuel gauge isn't working either. I took out the pcm to put a wire through the fire wall and put it back in right after. Also the radio isn't getting any power either. My guess is a fuse but I checked every fuse under the hood and they were all fine.. Is there a pcm relay or something I should check?

The RADIO fuse is in the fuse box on the left end of the dash, not under the hood.
Unless you did something incredibly foolish like connecting your amp power to the PCM, there is no relation between the PCM and the audio system. If you were only working with the speaker wires when the power went out then it's probably a coincidence - there is no 12V power in speaker wires. The worst you could have done there is shorted out one of the audio channels - either in the head unit or the amp depending on how you have them connected.
On the other hand, if you ran a power wire through the firewall below the PCM and it shorted out somehow, you could do a lot of damage. Pull the PCM and check that your power wire hasn't shorted due to cut or worn insulation. Also check that the two plugs on the PCM are properly seated and locked in place.
