Power Window Won't Work

Power Window Won't Work
Hey everyone.
My passenger power window won't go up but does go down. The down button for the passenger window works on both sides, but the window refuses to respond to either up buttons. I have a feeling it has to so with moisture buildup, as there has been a lot of rain in the recent days. Would anybody happen to know where the source of the problem is in this kind of situation (relay, window motor plug, etc)?
Thank you all and a Happy New Year's.

The two most common things would be a bad window switch on the driver's side (the passenger side switch is wired through the driver's side switch) or a bad window motor.(They will fail "up" before "down" for a thermal resistor problem.)
The switch isn't the simplest device, but you can do a simple continuity check with the switch out of the car and a wiring schematic. (On AutoZone for free.)
