Default T-tops leaking, missing a rubber part...

I am missing this little rubber piece on my 2001 WS6, leaving a nice gap for water to continually soak my carpet.
Does anyone know what this part is called, and if it can be purchased anywhere? I know the bar itself is the T-top center trim plate, and that can be purchased, but I see nothing about the rubber part.
I'd also be content with a picture of the part removed so I can make one of my own. I pulled the one from the front and it doesn't fit on the rear, so I can't clone that one.

Your carpet shouldn't get wet just because you're missing that piece.

If I pour water in that hole, it runs down the rear of the t-top channel, and down into the plastic openings in either side. If the door is open, the water then pours out the outside of the weatherstripping, running down the door frame. If the door is closed, it pours into the cab.
It is easy to observe this because the carpet is gone, and only thing in the car is dashboard, headliner and driver's seat.

Is there supposed to be a drain in the case water gets inside the t-top channel?

As mentioned above, that piece does NOT produce a water tight seal, so its absence is not the primary reason for your leak. There must be a water channel issue (blockage, etc.) that's causing improper drainage or a bad seal along the path.

FWIW, those pieces (front and rear) are called end caps, and they were discontinued by GM some time ago. There's been some discussion about these recently, including one member who found a source to 3D print replacements. Here are a couple of links that contain pictures, part numbers and other information about these pieces:

If you pour water there with the tops off, it should be really easy to see where the issue is. That center piece sits on top of a system of gutters and drains, which are obscured by the tops. (The weatherstripping just seals the gutters from the inside of the car and don't hold pressure.)

Yeah the water runs down into the openings at the rear corners, then the water starts running out many places on the bottom of the rubber weatherstripping. Only if I really dump water in can I get it to come out the little drain hole in the upper rubber molding. I'll work backwards with an air compressor and see what kind of junk blows out of that channel.
Thanks for all the advice everyone!

Pouring water into A causes most water to leave through the various bottom holes @ C (they run the length of the door sill), and some at B. The problem is when the door is closed that the water comes pouring out of the slot at D, into the cab. When the door is open I can see the water leaving all the drain holes @ C properly.

This is one place where the water is entering the cab.

Below is a picture of inside the door, with the door closed. The break in the rubber where you can see paint is where D was in the first picture.

Pretty clear why the water is pouring in now, the weatherstrip appears to be too flimsy in that spot, allowing water to enter.

The other spot is a little higher up the panel, as I get some water trickling past the sail panel speaker.
I haven't tried fully pulling the weatherstrip off, but I suspect it needs replacing.

Hopefully the other car should show you a good example of the proper flow of things.

That picture came from another thread. I don't know anyone with a car like mine, unfortunately.

Sorry. I meant your "other door". Not other car. If you take the plastic trim off both sides, you should see how the good side flows vs. your bad side to confirm 100% where your issue is and what needs to be fixed.
