Good replacement rack & pinion?

Good replacement rack & pinion? Guys, this actually isn't for one of my LS cars but our utility Buick Terraza. When we bought it there was a little play in the steering so I replaced the rack with one from the Rack Doctor. After few months play in the steering became extreme and we found a broken collar. The piece was junk and they refused to honor their "warranty." Shysters.
The next reman unit sprang a horrible leak that left me without power assist at the end of a 200 mile trip. The shop replaced it with another one and now I have two inches of play on center.
Does anyone out there produce a good quality reman steering rack? I'm on my fourth one now and to say I'm frustrated is an understatement.

Bringing this back up for anyone who may have a rack & pinion issue ... got the Detroit Axle unit on the car and for once, it feels right from the get-go. We'll see if it starts pissing PS fluid in the coming months ...
But lesson learned, if it ain't REALLY broke, don't fix it. My DD Formula leaks a little bit, but I'll gladly add a little fluid a couple of times a year before going through this kind of nightmare again.
