I was about to say hood release grommet till I clicked on your thread. Is there any leaves piled up in the corners of your firewall underneath your hood? When my 99 T/A was puddling up on the driver side, it was because the car stereo shop destroyed my hood release grommet installing my alarm.
Often, there is damage to the door panel from improper window motor replacements. From the outside of the car, check the reveal and engagement of the glass to the rubber seals at the top front of the window. If the glass doesn't go all the way up, you'll need to check out the door panel and/or go through the adjustment procedure.

I'm not an F body expert but as a retired body/paint guy...
With hard to find floorboard leaks I always check the cowl for leaves, acorns, pine needles etc. that can clog the cowl's drains. If the drains are clogged on any vehicle the cowl will fill with water and slowly seep through grommets and cracks in old hardened seam sealers around the firewall.
