Chances are that Robby Neely could be a distant relative. But my mom left for CA when she was 18 and her whole family followed a couple of years later, so we all grew up there. But on a visit back there I met a Mr. Neely who was a cousin and worked in the Sheriff's Department of Pickens at the time.
