Belt squeals when AC turned on

This is a new problem. 94 LT1 restomodded into a 68 Impala SS. AC blows cold air, but when I turn it on, at low rpm's it squeals like no other. It has never done this. I recently replaced the drive belt with an exact same model. I have a second belt, slightly smaller OAL. Would it be a good idea and swap in the other belt?

What condition in the tensioner in? How old is the AC compressor? Any rust look on the clutch?

I'll look at the compressor again, but it didn't appear to have any. Now that tensioner might be worth looking at. That might be OEM. I will go through my receipts to see if I bought one or not. Thanks.

After determining it wasn't the AC compressor, I removed the tensioner pully. The bearing appeared to have some wear on it. when I turned on the AC, it exacerbated the problem. Getting a new pulley hopefully by the weekend.
