Gates Rack and Pinion Seal Kits
I went to put in some heavy duty front sway bar support brackets, and inner and outer tie rods but had power steering fluid coming out when I removed the drivers side rack boot. Also noticed the sway bar grommets and bushing were in pretty bad shape after twenty one years and 194,000 miles.

Rack & Pinion Seal Kit; W/Performance Suspension P/N 348362
Rack & Pinion Seal Kit; W/Std. Suspension P/N 348514
The Gates 348362 Power Steering Repair Kit was "not the correct kit" for my vehicle (2000 Pontiac WS6 Formula with the Performance Suspension, FE4 Rack and Pinion 2.25 turns lock to lock) even though Amazon and Gates both list it as the correct kit.
Read the two below links if you are going to rebuild your Rack and Pinion as there is a lot of good detailed info in them.

New Suspension Techniques Replacement Polyurethane Bushings & Grommets Front P/N 50080-777

I cut about three quarters through, put the nut back on and torqued it to snap the bolt.
FE4 Rack and Pinion 2.25 turns lock to lock
When you disassemble your Rack and Pinion the bushing on the input shaft will determine which seal kit you need.
Gates:
Rack & Pinion Seal Kit; W/Performance Suspension P/N 348362
(This kit has the wider width white bushing)
Rack & Pinion Seal Kit; W/Std. Suspension P/N 348514
(This kit has the narrower .300" width tan bushing)
Installing the Rack housing inner seal; After removing the inner seal I used the below socket, extension, washer, phone book, and Windex to install the new seal. I used the extension to measure the inner lip inside the Rack housing that the seal stops at, to the end of the Rack housing and subtracted the thickness of the seal, marked the extension so that I would know that the seal was driven all the way in and seated to the inner lip.

M12-1.75 x 65 MM is the original size bolt but the below 5 MM longer ones worked without any issues. Install the drivers side upside down.

Nope, I still have the same one you have:
I also got the Derale 13224 Frame Rail Transmission Cooler after seeing your post, it is a nice clean set up. $31.95 delivered:
http://www.amazon.com/Derale-13224-F.../dp/B001QITRE0
Normal driving power steering temperature was 180* (I have a 180* thermostat), it is now 125* on a mid 70's day.
The Derale 13224 comes with 1/2" inlet/outlet hose connections and a 11/32" hose that didn't fit. So your going to need to get 3/8" & 1/2" hose's and adapters to join them together!
Couplings - "Reducers" (barbed x barbed)
