Default Broken Cam sensor

As in broken off---. I was replacing the cam sensor in a LS3 and broke off the plug part which leaves the sensor part inside the cover. I broke a piece off to get to the O ring, cause I thought that was what was stuck. I used a pick and slid the O ring out, but it is still stuck. I drilled it, tapped it , screwed in a 1/4 bolt and it just broke the plastic. Tried to JB weld the bolt in there, but it would not hold.
Does anyone have any ideas how to get it out without removing the cam cover ?? Anybody tried heating with a torch?
Thanks for ANY ideas

Try a spray can of FREEZE or similar. Getting it colder should reduce its size some.

Ok, I used a whole can of freeze. Didn't help.
I drilled a hole in the sensor and got an easy out started. If I pull on the easy out, it just rips a little plastic out. I attached a drill and tried spinning it and put pressure on it to spin it out, but no go. Feels like there is a collar on the inside. I know there isn't, but that's the way it feels. Baffled !! I looked at you tube

Now it's out !!
I got the propane torch out and got it really hot---smokin'. It got brittle and cracked (after I tapped it with a screwdriver) and I got a pick thru the hole I drilled, clamped it with vice grips and tapped the grips with a hammer until it came out. I have never spent this much time and trouble fixing ONE single problem. I could have pulled the whole front end, all accessories, crank pulley and cam cover and reinstalled before I got this done.

Plug part broke off first. The round part is the part that was stuck in the cover,

Had to use a diamond drill to get thru the magnet.
