Default What is this?

Inside the splash guard flap on the drivers side where the air pump sorta was. What is this box? Thinking to remove it if not needed?

No, thats what it is, I just went out and looked. Theres a cable that goes from the ASR motor over the engine, up to the firewall behind the brake booster and down to that area.

I saw it here, then looked on my car.
