Laugh if you must, the bottom line is, I don't know what is in the construction of these filters, the hazmat center is local where I live and is free to Poway residents, I received a full refund from both vendors who asked me to "dispose of them", so I did.
In life, all you have is your integrity, and honesty, I was out no money and I compiled with their request, certainly you can understand this can you?

Either way this issue is closed as the item is destroyed, so I think we can put this one to bed.
