Default Washer Nozzle removal

So Passenger side not spraying far enough, only a solid stream for an inch or two.

I am gonna replace the nozzle with a new one. How do you take the old one out?

You have to remove the windshield wiper cowl.

Be very careful when you do. I took mine off last week, and somehow, the plastic cowl hit the very corner of the glass and was enough to crack it.

When I came out the next morning my windshield had a crack in it. Freakin unbelievable.

To get the nozzles out of the cowl, there are clips that you squeeze and it comes right now.

Thanks, Cant I just pry off the nozzle out with the cowl in place? I cant squeeze the clips from outside but if they break it wouldnt matter, I just push in the new nozzle in?

Everything is plastic, so you would risk damaging the cowl. Maybe you could drill into the old nozzle, destroy it and get some leverage that way, but you would also risk unintended damage that way.

can you use a long pin or a paper clip to clean out the nozzle?

I tried that already, it's now a fat but short stream.
I probably will go with the drill idea. I won't be removing the wipers.

I would try a drill and screw extractor, then. Something that will grip and allow you to pull outward.
