Default Fuseable link location on Gen IV LS?

I went to start my start my 2002 Z28 today after sitting for a few weeks on a battery tender. With the key in the ACC position all the lights were on in the cluster as normal. As I turned the key everything went dead. Battery is good, now nothing comes on. Not even the dome light or radio or even headlights. I suspect a blown fuseable link but I am not sure where it is or if there are more than one I should be looking for. Any ideas?

Probably a bad ground connection due to corrosion at the battery terminal. Super common with these side posts batteries.

Not even headlights ?
Your battery is probably GONE. Try a high rate load tester... Replace if it won't take a good charge AND pass a LOAD test.
If it's NOT battery:

1) Check the negative battery cable --- likely/ probably corroded inside.
2) Replace or fabricate a NEW positive cable that goes from battery to starter solenoid/ and splits off to junction block near alternator. It's probably 23 years due.

I found the links. I was wrong, they were fine. Battery termanals were getting hot so I had to locate the short. I took a guess and dropped the starter and everything lit up as it should. I ordered a new delco starter. Thanks for the suggestions. Much apreciation.

Check the fusible link by the battery it’s likely blown. Clean the terminals and test. If still dead, ignition switch could be bad.
