Default How to replace window control module?

My driver's side window started acting up today. It went down just fine on my way to work but once I got there, it wouldn't go back up. I heard clicking/buzzing from under the driver's side dash. I tried unplugging the switch from the connector and everytime I did that, I could get the window to raise by about an inch. I saw a thread where someone mentioned the clicking under the dash being a problem with the control module not the motor itself. It looks like that user hasn't posted in a few months though. The driver's switch will lower and raise the passenger window just fine. Anyone have part numbers and instructions?

Put the window half way up if it isnt totaly stuck. Remove the switch panel(the one with the window and locks) it just pops off. Remove the cover thats behind the door handle just one screw and the light this part just pops off. Remove the screws holding the door panel on the 5 or 6 of them not sure. Unplug the speakers and set the door panel some were out of the way. There will be a plastic cover with this rubber **** holding it on peal it off slowly, if you dont tear it you can reuse it. Take the other speaker out(if you got one) thats in the bottom front corner. The power window motor is toward the front of the door about 3/4 of the way up. Its held in with 3 rivets you may have to drill through the inside of the door to get them out(I did). After those are out the motor will pull out, the gear should hold it in place. Install new one and use the 3 screws/bolts that were supplied with it or go to the local hardware and buy some. After that just go backwards through these steps. Putting the door panel back on can be a PITA, just dont force it to much the plastic tabs will break off.

I'm quoting this from another site, but I recently did my driver-side motor on my '94 and these are decent instructions. For one of the pop rivets, you will have to actually create a new hole in your inner door panel (!) Line up with the rivet and drill through the SMC to reach the rivet (and drill it out).
