Water pump confusion

Water pump confusion I cannot get coolant to come out of my bleeder screws period. I have only had the car heat up 2 times before. I would pull over and my car beltched out coolant from the resivoir. The car has driven fine for a few weeks@160 ... until yesterday it did the same thing. Now it continues to beltch out water from the resivoir. I have tryed to bleed it over and over. Could it just be that my water pump has been slowly going out, and today it just called it quits. I looked under the car today while running and my pump seems to be dripping a small amount of water underneath at the little hole on the bottom of the pump. This is one of my many problems that i am having at the moment. Am i just bleeding it wrong? I really dont think i am because i can take the bleeder screw all the way out and not get any water to come out. I even took it out while the car was beltching the water and only got steam to come out. The engine was running while doing all of this.

Coolant coming out of that hole...the weep hole is a telltale sign that def the seal is gone for the waterpump and in most cases the pump itself. To bleed the system the car should be running and u should be filling coolant until it comes out of the first screw...nearest the thermostat....then close that and wait for it to come out of the second screw then close that.
