Could have some coolant problems...
Could have some problems..... A couple of weeks ago I started my car and noticed that the low coolant light was on. So I checked my coolant it was low, so I filled it back up. Well that happened once more then I haven't seen the light since....and coolant levels look fine.
When I was changing my oil I notice coolant on the crank hub, bottom of the water pump, opti......so I'm not sure if I have a bad radiator line or if the water pump is shitting on me.
Anyway I posted some pics and maybe someone can help me............thanks.

get it hot and sit under there and see if you find anything. my guess would be the back of the water pump, but check the condition of the hoses too. have you replaced any of these parts before? whats your milage?
I have 101,300 miles on the car......I bought the car when it had 92,000 miles on it and the owner before told me the water pump puked out on him and the opti did too. So it has a different water pump and opti......thanks
ok cool. id still get it hot and get under there and look. the pressure build up from the water getting hot should allow it to come out where its leaking. if its a hose and its not leaking now that may be the only way it does leak is from the hot temps. thats where i would start looking.
looks like its leaking from the weep hole, that usually means the pump is bad. mine went out at 70k miles, who knows maybe the new one is bad now?? clean everything!! and then let it warm up and see if it leaks again.

by the looks of that pic, I can clearly see that weep hole has been leaking for some time now. I'd get that water pump replaced ASAP and you might even need an OPTI, not to far down the line from all the coolant seeping all over it ... The Opti-Spark is very mositure sensitive....

tonight after work noticed my 98 T/A was leaking some coolant from what seems to be my waterpump... and its leaking quite a bit... can anyone give me some information on what i will need to replace the pump..?

you need the water pump, gaskets, and coolant. i suggest autozone for the pump. i would also highly recommend a gasket scraper or you will be there all day trying to get the old gasket off. good time to do the tstat also.
