When i let my car sit for a couple of hours and come back, the inside smells like gas - any suggestions what could be the cause and cure?

Default gas smell

Hey man-
I have the very same problem. I've been told it has something to do with how the LT1's overflow canister thingy is mounted behind the gas fill. I've also noticed its a lot worse after you've given it heck and sloshed gas around.

All I can say is part it outside or do like I do and back it in the garage and leave a box fan running 24/7!
