ws6 noises, headlight problems

I need help about my ws6!! I have had my ws6 for a month or so now its a 1996 and when i am racing or accelerating hard (it is an automatic) there is a loud noise almost as if i hit something then it shifts and keeps on truckin but i cant figure out what it is? What do you guys think? one friend said it could be the tranny or the gears. Thx for the advice in advance

another thing i couldnt figure out about my car is when i put my headlights down it makes a loud vibrating sound for around 5 seconds and i asked my friend about it and he said his sisters firebird did the same thing is it a headlight motor that i need?
I had a problem like this but the noise wasnt exremely loud and it was the tranny mount. Mine was just cracked but if yours is messed up really bad that could be it. Not sure but its easy to check.

if the tranny has a shift kit , this is normal.
if it does not look to your tranny mounts, and tq arm mount either one can cause this.
as for the head light you just have to turn the headlight motor gear around(the teeth on the side you have it on have worn down. there is a write up about it , but you will have to do some searching to find it.
