Default Air Pump

I keep blowing out my air pump fuse and im not why if i remeber right wasnt there a recall on some thing with the air pump??

Yes, there was a TSB on this problem. Drop me an email and I will see if I can run down the TSB from the dealer which I scanned into a Word document. I have officially ended all my AIR problems with my long tube install .

There was a free update from gm. Was new air pump and wiring/

IF I remember right you can just un-plug the air pump it self and it may not send a code.

It has been a LONG time. Mine was done under factory warranty years ago. I still have it all some where...sitting in a box

I tried unplugging mine and the SES light comes on.

Like I said it has been a while. you can disconnect some thing and it will disable it but not set a code. Might be a good I dea to dig through the LT1 Edit achives
