The other day during a horrible rain storm, my wipers got stuck together, I have no clue how they managed to hit each other, but i got them on stuck, and now thier alignment is all messed up, the drivers side blade rests too high and goes off the windshield at the other end, and the passenger side blade barely goes up an inch. If anyone has ever dealt with this problem before or has any advice as how to fix this problem, your help would be greatly appreciated

Sounds Like your linkcage is messed up and you might have messed up the teath that hold the blades to the shaft. Go look at the wipper assemble for damage. I bett its bent up and possible striped?
