Heat wont work

HELP! Heat wont work This is really getting on my nerves, especially since it is like 10 degrees outside. I have gotten the heater core flushed, put in a new thermostat(180*), took out the chip so the fans wont come on so early, still it blows out cold air!!! Anybody have any other dieas what it could be?

The heater hoses have bleeder valves on them. One is sorta hidden by the passenger side of the TB, Bleed them really really good to get all the air out. I had this same problem a few years ago after a water pump change and after getting all the air out it would get so hot it would run me out of the car.
