Default Leaking ATF from the radiator?

I got some prety big pudles of ATF on the bottom the radiator suport, the car has also been running hot latley. The ATF doesnt seem to be comming from my B&M trans cooler, so I guess that leaves it from the radiator? Any one ever have this porblem with their LT1

Nope, check to see if the tranny line is tight in there and if it is and it's still leaking, just throw a new one on...they are right out in the open.

Well when you put the B&M in, did you bypass the transmission cooler in the radiator?

No the lines were spliced so the car uses both coolers

Does your radiator have a built-in tranny cooler in the passenger-side tank? You can see it by pulling the cap--it's right there in plain sight--2 to 3 inches below the cap. (If you don't have one you can see way down into the radiator.)

I mention this because you said you have an aftermarket cooler. Is it possible someone used the integrated cooler, then just plugged it when they put your aftermarket one in? It could still have some fluid in it that is leaking out.

It's a long shot, but unless it's coming from a line, there aren't too many other explanations.

You must have a leak in the lines you spliced. You say the car is running hot but if they're no traces of coolant, then your radiator should have no problems. As far as the ATF, I put an external cooler on my Dodge pickup and it had a few leaks in the splices before I finally got it all lined out.
