but sence im here, NGK TR-55 plugs, MSD wires, Mobil 1 5w-30 oil (this is what i use but i hear that castrol 0w-30 is awsome), K&N oil filter, change the air filter (go K&N if you want a re-useable filter otherwise they all flow about the same on our cars), put some injector cleaner in the gas tank, change the fuel fitler, and PCV valve
Oil: German Castrol Synthetic 0W-30
You might want to change the PCV valve as well.
I just want to add that a good gap for the TR55 is .050, not .060 like GM recommends. With the smaller gap you'll get less detonation and better throttle response.
