hatch alignment

hatch alignment tried search already...
my hatch doesnt line up right it seems. the right corner above the PS tailight is almost touching it (maybe a cm) and the DS is too far away...
how do i fix it?

You can't really..sub frame connectors would probably help a little.
Basically the body/frame is twisted. My old third gen had the rear spoiler on the passenger side sticking out about a 1/4 inch. These cars tourqe/twist the body in that direction, that is probably what has caused your hatch misalignment.

If its anything like the thirdgen, you can adjust the hatch by loosening the 4 nuts on the hinge. Take off the hatch struts first, because they'll knock it out of alignment.
