Highbeam switch?

Highbeam switch? Hey guys,
I have a 95 TA and ever since I got it the highbeam switch hasnt worked, it just kinda woobles back and forth... I heard from a friend that is a common problem, and another friend seems to have almost the same problem except his works sometimes. I called a local dealership and they told me that you cant buy the assembly whole, and listed a bunch of parts... one of them was the actuator for the highbeam switch. I have not taken it apart yet to look at it, but does any one know of this problem? Is it common? Is there a specific part it usually is (ie the actuator?). It feels like if a part were missing and a spring, because it has no "feel" to it if you pull it back, it just falls back forward.
