proud owner of a 94 camaro with 200 plus k mileage. It has had a history of burning headlights out on a yearly basis. This week thou both right headlights burned out. and I problems with right blinker not working. (right blinker light would come on as well as the brightlight indicator on the dash even thou headlight switch was off.) I changed the turnsinal bulbs. then put in one new headlamp.and this happend. * turnsign worked. but headlight flashed in beat with the flashing turn signal.(even thou the headlights switch was turned off. ) I am thinking ground wires. short.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You are thinking correctly , check all visible grounds for corrosion , being loose , etc. Betcha you will find your prob.
