Car running bad! Need Advice!

Car running bad! Need Advice! Ok, so here is the situation.
My WS6 was throwing an SES, and after taking it to the local Pontiac dealer to have it put on the computer it was determined that the problems were a bad rear O2 sensor, a multiple cylinder missfire, and a little spark problem.
I oredered a pair of O2 sims, installed them, and reset the computer by removing a couple fuses. After that the car was running great. I took it out, got on it, and it did fine. Yesterday, however, the SES light returned, it is idling rough, and smoking profusely (White smoke.) Also there is a distinct fuel smell.
I have ordered new plugs and wires to replace the ones that are on it now, but I do not know if that will remedy the situation, although replacing them will definitely not hurt.
I need some advice on possible culprits. Thanks in advance for your help.
Oh yeah, the dealership said that it needed a tune also.

Turns out that it was dumping fuel all inot the engine! I talked with the mechanic this afternoon and they were preparing to go into it and find out where the leak was coming from. Anyway I go, looks like this won't be a pretty picture!
