German Syntec w/ K@N 2006 filter. And yes I run the new formulation of the GC (it's gold, not green like last year's formulation). The jury is still out on the gold stuff if it's as good as the green stuff was. They're both very similar and should give comparable wear numbers at the least.

I'm running the XL 5w30 along with an SDF32 filter... I change it twice a year, once before racing season, once after.

IDK, a lot of people swear by AMSoil, I'm personally just not comfortable buying oil I can't get at a store. Mobil 1 has never let me down, till then, I'll stick with that.

stp oil filter, mobil 1 oil.
There are a couple of extensive independent filter tests out there. WIX, STP and Mobil One oil filters were the highest rated. Fram was the worst (malfunctioning bypass, collapsed cardboard filter housing, blown out seals). I understand Fram has addressed some of these problems.
Several of the brands are made by the same manufacturer BTW.

I didn't know Mobil One made filters, never seen them. Who carries them?
