Fuel Pump mishap?
Fuel Pump mishap? I was running pretty low on fuel and suddenly the car cuts out. I never completely ran out of fuel before,so I put some gas in the tank and now the car won't start. I checked and I'm getting no fuel to the engine, and I couln't find a fuse,relay,or a switch for the fuel pump? Are these fuel pumps so fragile? Any advice its a 95z28. Thanks 
when you turn the key too the "on" position, do you hear the fuel pump prime the system?
stock fuel pump i'm assuming?
the way these tanks are shaped, it is best too never let the fuel get lower then 1/4 tank on the guage (i always keep a little more in it then that)
the gas helps keep the pump cool and when run low, the pump can heat up and burn itself out
but, thats hard too say if you have a stock pump still in the bucket because the return line should be draining fuel back into the bucket too keep the pump from starving and over heating
