AC not blowing
Thanks in Advance!!!!!!
All of the vents are powered by vacuum that comes from the back of the intake manifold, and through the control -> to the vent actuators, from what I can see from the Helms manual. Unfortunately, the Helms doesn't give much in depth details about what to do. If you figure it out, post up. I'm personally tired of this **** in 90* + weather.

You could have a small vacc. leak.. so over time the actuators falls. if you turn it to another setting say on of the heat options it should relief the actuator and pull the other one up... then if you back to A/c that will re establish the vacc to that act...
Fan... although there is no explaination for it... these fans are pretty weak... (sadly ford's are much better) anyhoo. it could be that... Buy another one from the parts store... there not the easiest things to swap out although the appear to be. :x.... there are 3 8mm*i think 8mm* bolts that hold it up... $30 at your local parts store i'm sure..
If you do decide to replace it I highly suggest taking the seat out... they are really easy to remove takes about 5 mins and will make your life alot easier... 13mm... move the seat all the way back to expose the front ones then move it all the way forward to remove the rear ones... lift out... if you have power options you will need to disconnect the harness.
but if it was the fans, it doesn't seem that they would stop after an hour or so, I'll try switching to heaat and see if I get air coming back again which should also trouble shoot the fans I guess. If I have a vaccume leak, what am I looking at replacing?thanks alot for your very helpful replies!!!

But to answer your question, it could be just replacing a vacuum line, or replacing a vent actuator (from what I understand, the actuators are vacuum operated and are normally closed until a vacuum is applied).

nice cold air turns into very little air, you turn the a/c off and turn it to fan and about 15-30 seconds later cold air blows again.

I've got a new compressor & accumulator (thanks to road kill/trash) and a good charge.
That's something good to check out, though.
In my case the AC vents may work fine all day, or may muck up multiple times in one day.It always blows cold air regardless.
Any luck yet, 6spd?
